Remote Support

If you require us to remotely access your computer to carry out diagnostic work or repairs simply click on the icon to the right to visit Remote Utilities and download the client software file.

  • Once downloaded, click to install.
  • Click allow if your firewall program requests it
  • Wait for the box to pop up showing you an ID number and password
  • Call us and inform us of the ID and password
